I would like to commend your team of people that made the whole process of replacing my kitchen and bathroom counter tops a breeze. My husband and I were walking through Costco in Mt Vernon. Next thing we knew we were shopping for granite. We live in So. Calif. but have a second home in Lopez Island Wa. From Coral Setchell who took me under her wing and guided me through the whole steps,on the phone and online. We were in Calif. She was in Wa. She even picked us up at the Seattle Airport and took us to the show room to finalize our granite choice. The template person, Kenny was so professional, and guided us in making right choices. The tear out team of Kurt and Lina knew just what to do. The builder of the house was sure the tops were not going anywhere.

They were careful not to damage anything. The installers Eric and Todd were also very good at what they do. I could not see any seams. And they had a hard time because it was wet and the granite was so heavy. For being in Calif. and getting the whole process to work in a 2 week trip was a miracle.

Thank you. Now I can enjoy my house to the fullest. You may use this letter how you want.

Floform fabricated and installed our granite in our kitchen last week.  I would like to say that we are extremely happy with the service, the product and the workmanship.  Floform has been completely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of selecting and acquiring the correct granite and throughout the entire processing and installation of it.  I was really impressed with the templating of the kitchen.  Virtually, state of the art, getting every measurement and layout exact.  Then getting to see the actual layout of the granite (how it would look) before it went into production was really impressive and helped set my wife’s mind at ease, as to how it’ll look.  On the day of installation, I was really impressed with the crew(s).  Every Floform employee was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to be around.  They all worked very diligently and worked as a team, and knew what exactly had to be done.  Jason seemed to lead the team and was truly awesome.  I left them a couple of hours into the installation and returned about seven hours later.  They were still going strong, but getting really close to finishing up.  They truly did a fantastic job and they deserve special kudo’s for it.  We will be back for an additional desk top shortly and I won’t consider going anywhere else.  Floform has my respect and my recommendation.  Thank you for being a premier company with exceptional employees.
